Sumsung galaxy Note 20 leaked Information
Rumour has it that the Exynos 992 is headed to the Galaxy Note 20 series which it'll be manufactured on a 5 nm process.Evidently featuring new ARM Cortex-A78 and Mali-G78 cores,The Galaxy Note 20 has been spotted with a 4,300 mAh battery as well.
Last month, ZDNet Korea reported that Samsung is going to equip the Galaxy Note 20 with its in-house Exynos 992 chipset. Thought to be supported a 6 nm manufacturing process, the web site has now updated its previous statement. Citing sources within the semiconductor industry, ZDNet Korea now claims that the Exynos 992 are going to be supported a 5 nm process instead. Apparently entering production in August, the Exynos 992 will feature ARM's new Cortex-A78 and Mali-G78 cores.
As rumour suggests, for upcoming Snapdragon 875 SoC, Qualcomm has chosen these cores as well.
ZDNet Korea further said that it expects Samsung to release Snapdragon 865 versions of the Galaxy Note 20 as well.
Based upon the ARM's predictions, the Cortex-A78 will offer upto 20% "sustained performance gains" over the Cortex-A77, on which Samsung built the Exynos 990.
For the Snapdragon 865 Qualcomm used the Cortex-A77 as well.
The Galaxy Note 20 would seem to possess a 4,300 mAh battery too. According to an inventory on the China Compulsory Certification (3C) database, the Galaxy Note 20 has been tested with a 4,170 mAh cell.
The Galaxy Note 10+ features a battery with a rated capacity of 4,170 mAh too, which Samsung claims features a typical capacity of 4,300 mAh. Hence, it might seem likely that the Galaxy Note 20 would have a 4,300 mAh too.
